I should stop drawing

I honestly feel that my drawings lost their essence, I drew Edward Hyde and Henry Jekyll but I didn't like it... I didn't like it at all

-The eyes were misplaced

-The lines were very rough

-The line art is horrible too.

Any advice to improve in that area?

hi! not sure how much I can help but i do draw so i can give you some tips i use personally!! For eyes it helps A LOT to look at references especially in different positions so you can get a feel for placement! (dont worry its not cheating lol :]) also look up face symmetry rules it helps so so much! for example eyes will always line up in the same way on people's faces. as for lineart, its a bit of tricky thing that takes practice so don't worry if it doesn't look good first try!! my best tip i can give on that is pu thicker lines where the light doesn't reach as much, and thinner lines where it does. so on a face for example the lines where the jaw is will be thicker as the face down and the lines near the cheekbones will be thinner since they point out and catch more light!! I'm not the best at explaining but i hope these tips can help you
