diversity assembly !!

so today at my school we had a diversity assembly and they had lots of cool stuff for different cultures and in the beginning people held flags up for a bunch of different countries. i got to hold the Philippines flag which is cool and i'm glad i got to hold it since i'm Filipino :D. originally i signed up to hold thailand since the Philippines was already taken and they needed more people in general but the person who signed up wasn't there so i got it. they also didn't have the thailand flag out for while but pulled the Philippines out so i said i would hold it :). eventually they go the thailand one out and someone else held it. there was multiple dances for latino and hispanic rep and a pacific islander one. multiple people sang and a girl had nunchucks, the japanese club and some other people from her classes were in kimonos and she had someone in a domo costume which was fun. the band and choir also performed. i sat in a bad spot though and the light was in my eye for a lot of the time and i was behind the band so i didn't see some stuff well. the people around me talked a lot tho which was ass. overall i enjoyed it.
