Hello, and welcome to a not-so helpful CSS tip from a not-so good CSS coder! In this blog entry, we will be talking about arguably the easiest part of CSS- colors.
Colors. They're so easy to put in, but just so... difficult to figure out the exact one you want. Well lo and behold, I introduce you to myself, Nauseous, who is also known as Captain Obvious, is here to teach you!
You probably already know about this- and this blog entry is also not only for other people, but is also for myself so I can improve on things that I made mistakes on. Well, first off, a list of built-in colors. And trust me, there are A LOT. To see them all, just go here. https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css_colors.asp
Next off, something that you are actually going to use, hex codes!! Hex codes are a string of characters that determine a color based off that string. For example, #FFFFFF is pure white, and #000000 is pitch black. Some sites that are extremely helpful for hex codes are https://imagecolorpicker.com/en and https://htmlcolorcodes.com/ .
Yeah... I feel kinda sick right now so I'm going to finish this later. If this somehow helped, you're welcome, I guess. But for people who are familiar with basic CSS, this probably didn't help all that much. Sorry.
I'm going to add more to this soon. But if you really want to learn CSS, go to w3schools.com. It helped me a lot, and if you are wishing to learn CSS, it's going to help you too. As I said before, I feel sick right now, so I might add onto this later today. Please comment below if I made a mistake on anything.
