I wish I was a man,

I wish I was ugly hot, not "mid",

I wish I was praised for being a feminist,

I wish I could glow up by cutting my hair and wearing rings,

I wish I wasn't called a "poser" for being a girl who skates,

I wish I could be cool for liking sports instead of a 'pick me',

I wish I didn't have to bleed every month,

I wish I could express my emotions without being asked 'is it that time of the month',

I wish I wasn't sexualised when wearing provocative clothes,

I wish I wasn't catcalled every time I walk down the street,

I wish I was assertive, not a 'raging bitch',

I wish I wasn't expected to have kids,

I wish I had rights to my own body,

I wish I was a man
