I love this one website called https://downloads.khinsider.com/
they have a whole catalogue of great video game music spanning years and years over, and they had pretty much every Sonic game until they had to take it down for copyright. -_- Which makes me mad because I never downloaded the osts. Woe is me. :'(

in any case look for the music in youtube and just download it with a youtube to wav or mp3 or whatever format you want on google
was a nice life when copyright wasn't as strict as it is now
