I'm the coughing neighbor

I just know I'm the coughing neighbor.

It's getting warmer outside so many of us are leaving our windows open.

I was choking and wheezing for an hour last night after taking a dab.

I just know every time I cough, a mother turns to her child and says "this is why we don't smoke."

I just know I'm the coughing neighbor.
