I definitely recommend Eggnoid by Archie The Redcat !!
It's such a cool webtoon, it's basically about a girl who finds this big alien egg thing in her room, then what comes out of the egg is a cute teenage boy around her age, but he's got the mentality of a toddler. So she has to basically raise him. I read it a couple of years ago and it's still one of my favourites.
