i had no idea what i was doing when i made this, and was pleasantly surprised. =)
(feel free to share the recipe, but pls give creds if u like it)
also its super vauge sorrry ive used all of my mental energy lmao
1 whole zuke
1/4 cup of milk
ginger
onion powder
garlic powder
tumeric
oregano
salt
pepper
1 can of chickpeas
1 can of stewed tomatoes (italian style with basil)
1/10th of a summer sausage (optional!!)
a will to live
1/2 cup of mozz
1/2 cup of mild cheddar
1 can of tomato prego
cut up ur zuke and boil it in a 1/4th of ur prego and water
after ur zukes r soft, u need to put in ur will to live
ok srsly u then drain ur zuke bath
u put the rest of ur prego, and ur tomatoes, then ur chickpeas (or whatever order idk)
put ur summer sausage and slice it like a mini pizza
add a dash (or a few, ykyk) of:
ur seasonings but not ur pepper, put like a teaspoon of that
then after everything is soft, add ur milk
once its in ur bowl or whatever, put ur cheese in
u can use almond milk if u wanna (thats what i did cause im allergic to milk lol)
if ur vegan, welp, srry, guess you'll miss out on the cow cheese, but u can always use daiya
