sometimes its bc the media attached makes someone uncomfy, or they just dont want ppl who support shitty people (hence the common dsmp fan or supporter DNI) but im pretty sure these explanations are the minority and most people just put it in their bio bc other ppl do it
i guess it also says who arent welcomed (pedophiles, proshitters, TERFS, etc.) which is pretty sad since these people shouldnt have a place on the internet period
