i fill my lungs til they cant

i am the melody of a song

that goes into your ear and won’t let go

i hope that you don’t forget what u did

what you took from me

the touch

the feel

the smell

the trust we have built

and the trust that you have broken

i have built a wall

strong and passionate

it can’t t break

i am the sound that you hear

and the sound that you make

i am the grass that you feel

i am pain itself

it burns

because i am beautiful as a flower

i open and i close

soon i’l have no breath left

and thats when you take me

when I’m fully awake
