Questioning ones existence

How does one continue to ignore their sense of emotions?

There is no easy answer to give for the solution to the emotion that is to feel at the moment. Is death really an answer, not as it creates issues to others.  However, it does help stop the creation of countless thoughts. There hasn't been any feeling of balance.
