In my process of healing and becoming the best version of myself, these are some coping mechanisms that have helped me during my journey. Take what you need <3
- Herbal Tea
- Walking (walk into mother nature and breathe in her energy)
- Journaling
- Cleanse/Sage your space
- Yoga/Meditation
- H2o (hydrate your body!)
- Hot bubble bath (i LOVE adding bath oils, salts, and bubbles😍)
- Sunshine
- Music
- Cooking
- Pamper Yourself (skincare routine, hair, nails, perfume..etc.)
- Talk to God <3
- Go on a joy ride
- Crystal Healing
- Organization (declutter/get rid of things that no longer serve your purpose. Out with the old, in with the new.)
- Wine (when i wanna feel bougie lol)
- Crying (it's okay to cry! This actually releases feel-good chemicals that ease both emotional and physical pain)
