In my process of healing and becoming the best version of myself, these are some coping mechanisms that have helped me during my journey. Take what you need <3


  • Herbal Tea
  • Walking (walk into mother nature and breathe in her energy)
  • Journaling
  • Cleanse/Sage your space
  • Yoga/Meditation
  • H2o (hydrate your body!)
  • Hot bubble bath (i LOVE adding bath oils, salts, and bubbles😍)
  • Sunshine
  • Music
  • Cooking
  • Pamper Yourself (skincare routine, hair, nails, perfume..etc.)
  • Talk to God <3
  • Go on a joy ride
  • Crystal Healing
  • Organization (declutter/get rid of things that no longer serve your purpose. Out with the old, in with the new.)
  • Wine (when i wanna feel bougie lol)
  • Crying (it's okay to cry! This actually releases feel-good chemicals that ease both emotional and physical pain)
