Dreams..

I dont know if this happens to anyone else, but sometimes when you dream its kinda like daja vu. You know? But its so scary, that I dont even wanna sleep anymore cause I can see into the furture in a way? They're extremely realistic that it scares me.  I already have insomnia but it just makes it worse. I get atleast 2-3 hours of sleep a day if im lucky but otherwise I get none or barley any..
