Hello to anyone who might actually read this. My name is Marissa, and I guess I'm going to write about whatever I feel like and am interested in at the current moment. Similarly to myspace, I find it highly unlikely that anyone will be reading this anyway, and tumblr is a bit too much social media for me to just type about what I'm interested in or doing. So this should do.

Been interested in post apocalypse attire and techwear the last few days, and came to the realization that I have no idea what exact "style" I have considering it's constantly changing based on the season and what I can acquire/afford. None of my pants really fit well, so I've been debating on getting a couple pairs of good cargo pants. There's a particular pair of techwear joggers I really want two pairs of to replace a some of my older sweat pants.

Not really much else to say right now. My tiny tyrant, Willow, just turned two today, and she's turning up under the ping pong table right now. My oldest, Mavis, just passed out sitting up next to me. I guess it's time to smoke this blunt and figure out what I'm doing next. Have a good night.

I pretty much have from what I've been told the official old washed up musician look now which is camo or black cargo shorts, Vans or Chucks, & one of a million band or movie shirts. I mix & match the options but the look is the same. I do remember the last time I actually thought about presentation in fashion of a theme as yours being post apoc. It was in the mid 90s. I lived in a geek house of computers nerds. Me, my roommates & our girlfriends at the time were currently trying to figure out clothes that captured the essence of the cyberpunk/tech look. We were heavily influenced by Bladerunner plus the movie Hackers had just come out so there was plenty to go on but I don't think we ever found a satisfactory representation. Lol I just remember one thing we all wanted was that black leather JVC jacket & sweatshirt from Hackers. Apparently that movie had alot more involved in the fashion than we realized at the time.
