idk what to do how y’all get motivation?

Ghhhhhh I cant take it anymore, how do y’all get motivation, pls I would be happy if some of y’all had advice, I haven’t done any of my school work this week cus I had no motivation and was lazy as fuck, and now I’m rushing this whole ass day just to get work done. AAAAUBEHDIAJDJSJAO

palabras complejas..entiendo, puedes motivarte a primero hacer algo que realmente te guste, una caminata? escuchar musica alegre? hay miles de cosas que pueden ayudar a la motivacion, puede servirte ponerte una meta, cosas que simplemente tu puedes saber, confia en ti!!.
