AAAAAAA I've been waiting so long for these dam things!!! But, well worth it. I ordered Lemon Demon's Spirit Phone and Cape Coral's TELESEX555 like 1-2 months ago and they are here! They are all that I expected and more I'm so happy. Ok so, for the photos and review.
Aaaaa they just look so good!! I absolutely loved the sound quality, though I couldn't try them out on headphones because my cord broke, but really nice audio quality nonetheless. I did notice some imperfections like tiny blips of silence but like, come on its a cassette.
Loved the casing for both albums though Spirit Phone felt better quality, the art that came with it was really nice but I didn't like how it was all folded up and you have to basically keep it with the case (all the art is on the insert)
I think (surprisingly) TELESEX555 had a much nicer cassette design, looked very clean cut, as on the other hand the cassette design for Spirit Phone felt pretty crowded with branding for NeedleJuice records for some reason, other then that really nice artwork.
I think my favorite song off Spirit Phone would be either Lifetime Achievement Award or Ancient Aliens, and for TELESEX555 I think one of the best tracks is Play dirty.
