hii does anyone have advice for really dry and damaged hair? i recently got a perm and its really matted now :( my hair used to be super healthy no matter how much i bleached and dyed it but now its icky bc of the perm. any tips ? like conditioner recs hair masks etc

I told you privately that i don't know much about hair care sadly. but maybe try looking at some hair related forums/groups/reddits etc since there's a lot of that of you google it bc there's a lot of ppl who are interested in hair care. good luck!

im gonna be honest, when my hair got super damaged and gross i just chopped it all off. there's not a lot you can do to repair hair that's been chemically damaged. i don't have any recommendations for how to fix it, but i hope someone chimes in with a good conditioner or hair mask or something. good luck
