if you can't find neocities tutorials in specific, try looking for html/css tutorials since those are the backings for neocities pages and are a lot more popular!

hii, im making a neocities rn too, i found a "cheat sheet" hmtl website. when u search html cheat sheet on google it should be the first thing that shows up. i hope this helps.
