broken pfps

is it just me or does like every pfp just have the image symbol & like (usernames) profile picture written next 2 it? like its been like this 4 a few days now & idk if its because of my laptop or what cause ive reloaded it & turned adblock off & theyre still not working!??!!? like why?!?!?! how?!?!?! whats the issue!?!??!?!?!?!?!
