i am back?

it's been like a week, i haven't really been on here at all. Last week my anxiety surrounding tech got real fuckin' bad. To an almost unhealthy level. i had to get off the internet completely, i shut away my phone and only went on it for a couple hours, i had nightmares about google. Because of the no phone thing, iv'e only been able to listen to my CDs instead of spotify or YouTube, i've had Paramore's "Brand New Eyes" on repeat mostly. i think my anxiety has calmed a little, it's not completely gone just yet but it's improving in terms of being able to look at my phone.
