I decided to post some of my writing, but also made the executive decision to not edit any of my old works that I may be critical of now. I think there is something to be said about the importance of acknowledging growth, especially when it can be so distinct in something like writing. Anyways, spiel over, here's some poetry/writing with the date I wrote them attached.
Cotton Saliva
January 2022
As most things which erupt from my throat, it begins unsteadily and lacking conviction. Its similar to how a new-born calf would push itself to its hooves, the weight of its own uncertainty leant on knock-knees.
It's necessary though, because it is only then that it can be followed by a more assured whistle that skips through the steadily widening gap between my two front teeth. The inside of my cheek scrapes against cool metal brackets and unforgiving wire, never hesitant in reeling me in with a hook through my gills.
Finally, after the inside of my mouth is left blemished by that which is meant to heal, it erupts from my throat like a pot of water boiling over, with its drops of condensation searing and blistering the inside of my mouth before it spills gracelessly out of my lips.
I like to think it's one of my more charming features.

Occupational hazard, I suppose.
But still, deteriorated incisors keep their intentions further than they can reach,
beneath my own self-adhered behest.
Those are some new-ish ones that I could find, because while I appreciate the value in growth in your writing there are still some works that I am too embarrassed to share here lol
God its so weird to have to express humor via some internet shorthand, I think thats one of the only things I dislike about communicating or just talking in general over text/writing
Anyways, I hope reading my writing made you feel any way at all, positive or negative, I write the things i do in an effort to inspire a reaction from people no matter what kind. I don't really know how to end this off, it's still sort of awkward........ Oh well!!! Bye :D
