Who I Kin + Why!

1. Mizuki Akiyama

Mizuki Akiyama is a first year student that plays in a band called Nightcord at 25:00, or N25 for short. They're part of the game Project Sekai: Colorful Stage, which is one of my biggest interests right now. They canonically have they/them pronouns used for them, and it appears to the majority of the fandom, their gender is a mystery, which is what I aspire to be. They love cute things and are an overall mischievous person, which is literally who I feel like I am. This is balanced out by them being part of the band known for being suicidal, which, same LMAO. They're pretty cool, and I love them a ton, and they are me.

2. Xingqiu

Xingqiu is a Hydro Sword user off of Genshin Impact. He really likes literature, loves teasing his friend Chongyun, and has a heavy emphasis on chivalry and adventure! I feel like, just like Chongyun, I'm very intelligent with a hint of mischief, and I feel like we are pretty similar, hehe.

3. Nepeta Leijon

Nepeta is an olive-blooded troll from Homestuck, who loves romance and is pretty quirky (haha). I relate to her a lot because, just like her, I love roleplaying and often don't seem to fit in with others. With Nepeta, it seems like she doesn't understand a lot of social cues, and I often find myself feeling the same way. Plus, she's based like a cat and is super cute, which, same. Meow!

4. Reki Kyan

Reki's an energetic young boy from Okinawa with a huge interest in skating, and the way he interacts with his interests and regards himself around other people is highly relatable. He's a big eccentric and doesn't fit in with others, which, ouch! Same. He ended up getting pretty jealous of his friend and had a whole mental breakdown because he wasn't good enough at skating, and I felt that really hard. 

5. Venti

Venti is an Archon from the game Genshin Impact, and although I don't relate to his backstory, I feel like I act a lot like him (insane and mischievous). I also really like music, so we have that in common! Hehe.

6. Power

Power is a fiend from Chainsaw Man. She's kind of gross (doesn't flush her own shit) and funny, and she's just a super cool character and I feel like I am like her. I am also super cool >:) Also she really likes her cat and I feel the same way about my dogs. 

7. Kaidou Shun

Kaidou is a second year from The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. He's really just kind of a loser, and is seemingly lost in this whole delusion, as a means of escapism I feel? I do the same thing, and I think that aspect of us is pretty similar. We also both have high expectations on us to do well.

8. Tsukishima Kei

Tsukishima Kei is a middle blocker from Haikyuu!! He's kind of emo, but not in an outwardly emo way, and he's lowkey just kind of an asshole who likes listening to music. I am also emo, kind of an asshole and someone who likes listening to music. He has trust issues that stem from his brother, and I do too (although who knows where mine came from). Overall, I just think we are pretty similar people!

9. Bokuto Koutarou

Bokuto is a Wing Spiker from Haikyuu!! He's pretty energetic, has a lot of mood swings and is essentially the life of the party, which is what I feel like I am as well. When he was in middle school, a lot of his friends couldn't handle his energy, and felt like he was too much, and so they abandoned him. I could actually relate to his backstory, and I feel, although I'm not as extreme as him, we are a lot alike.

10. Hajime Hinata

I don't even remember why I kin him?? I think mostly because I feel like I'm not talented and inadequate compared to everyone else, but I do have some talent actually... maybe I don't kin him anymore??
