anger management suggestions!!

more often than usual, I've been getting pissed off at my dad for certain things he's been saying. I can give an example ^^. --> "if u want red cheeks, I can slap u. just tell me when" it's something like that. he said that to my younger sister because she wanted to try on blush (like the makeup). I don't know what's his problem. so like,, that makes me upset that's why I just wanted to ask if anyone had any good suggestions for managing my temper!! managing it is something is struggle w everyday bc I get easily frustrated. I don't like how I feel guilty after. sorry for rambling D:
