realmente yo. siempre hablo con mi familia de los sueños lúcidos pero nunca me entienden. Yo he tenido muchos sueños lúcidos donde me doy cuenta que estoy soñando y hago lo que quiero, hasta aveces puedo cambiar mis sueños

i love the thought of it, but it scares me tbh. i used to study dream paralysis, because i thought it was really cool and i've learned that trying to lucid dream could lead to dream paralysis. be safe. idk much abt lucid dreaming but it would be cool to learn about :D
