day 5- 4/29/2022

Hey, it's been sometime, I've been off my meds for a week almost, things haven't been all that great. I've been really emotional, and I can't sleep, I can feel myself fall into old habits and I'm not so happy about it. I am getting a refill today so that's a yay, I'm not sure, nothing special has happened, I just feel so trapped, lost, confused, probably going through some identity crisis, or any crisis LOL, not sure hopefully I feel better by the next time I update you guys. :)
