good morning usa i got a feeling that it's gonna be a wonderful day

i feel so weird living my life on an opposite schedule as everyone else, and not a lot of people understand, which is also an isolating feeling. it's always "i slept til 5pm today" "oh wow, that's so late!" like yeah mf i worked til 6am...it's just weird and just another thing that makes me feel so disconnected from everybody else. i enjoy working grave shift though, i think i just need to fight the feeling and accept that this is my life right now. i'm trying to get better at accepting reality but sometimes i'd rather fight for what will make me happy. but i make good money, so i need to adapt and try to just be content where i'm at in life. it's just pretty lonely. 

i have been feeling lonely a lot lately, but i'm enjoying my own company more. so that's nice. 

i went to ihop with a coworker when we got off! it was nice. i got an omelet and hashbrowns, it was pretty good. i've got some laundry and other things to get done today but i plan on just relaxing. it's cold out today so that will probably keep me from going out anywhere lol

one of my friends made me this painting and i finally got to pick it up yesterday!! 

i asked her for a sad clown, bc that's what i feel like most of the time, and she DELIVERED! she told me she wanted to use the colors of my aura, which she says changes a lot. sometimes it's blue, violet, green, yellow, and i think she said orange too? so that's really neat. 

nothing else particularly exciting is going on..i might post some art though later. i'm also thinking about doing album reviews or something soon maybe...like once a week or once a month maybe? i'm not sure. i just love music, i'm always listening to music and i love talking about it. i'm currently obsessed with adult jazz's 2014 album "gist is". it's a masterpiece. if i'm feeling up to it sometime this week i'll probably sit down and do some kind of review :)
