I work at Mcdonalds and its one of my first jobs and I have learned so many things that I didn't know before. So my training might look different from yours since I live in a middle of know where. So please dont take this to seriously.
1. There is so many mangers, for ours its like 4-5 mangers
2. Always wear gloves when cleaning the bathroom
3. Grab a drink when its not that busy (its free for us and ask the manger before doing so)
4. When someone leaves their table always get up and clean it RIGHT AWAY
5. The coffee machine is a bitch to clean out
6. ask the customers who are sitting down if they need anything or if you can take their trash
7. Always be nice even if the customer is hella rude (duh)
8. If your young like me and not old enough to have a bank account ask for a pay card (its just visa card or whatever and mcdonalds puts money on it.
9.Half of the stuff under the pop machine is most likely sticky as hell
