Saw a comment by a Zack Snyder fan on Twitter that was open for ridicule and I just had to respond. I should have known better but this was one of the most well known and toxic members of the community who has made homophobic comments and is just a general shitty person on Twitter when he’s not making ranting, conspiracy videos on YouTube. He made a quick ur mom joke and blocked me which his followers loved. My mentions were filled with more comments about how my parents left me (??) and dumb memes. It was weird and hive mind like. I got tired and ended up blocking multiple accounts and muting any mention of Snyder.
There was a time when I considered myself a Snyder fan and supported the release of the Snyder Cut and a continuation of his world. The fanbase has just ruined any positive outlook I had for him or his movies. Its genuinely one of the most insane, toxic fan based I’ve ever seen and I’ve been a pro wrestling fan my whole life.
