i think i’m gonna make a dnd campaign

i have never even played dnd before but i want to SO BAD but i don’t know any dms or any open campaigns that aren’t filled with old men or literal racists

SO!!!! i’m gonna say fuck it, read a bunch of beginner dms books and the dnd official books and make a campaign with my friends

i already love world building, even to the finest details like making fictional fiction books in libraries or creating new languages and how to learn them (i know i probably won’t be doing a lot of that, i want to do a smaller campaign to start with), and i love torturing my friends ❤️

if any dms or experienced players see this posts and have any tips PLEASE SHARE!! anything and everything would help me honestly

but i’m hella excited plus it’ll give me something to do while i find work
