i still don't know what they actually are, i just know league is one and that it's bad
also that epic made one and i played it and also didn't like it, but also it wasn't the same as other mobas so like

what are they and why should or shouldn't i play them

i've never played a moba out of laziness but i think league being considered bad has more to do w/ riot sucking fat cock than like being a moba or w/e lol
wanted to check out dota 2 for yrs tho if i was try one out it'd be that

MOBA” stands for “multiplayer online battle arena.”
basically u play against other players online
MOBAs give you the security of communicating on your terms, but it can also help build your self-esteem. Some of the best in-game communicators that I have come across are more introverted and thus deal with the pressure in a way that is more effective in a team environment
Opinion: MOBA games are bad for having fun, because there are hardly any casual game modes.
