you might see 'pain' and think im some fake depressed 11 year old but no, im talking about period pains💀 i got my first period on january 1st this year and it was rlly light, i got it the second time and it was light again. the 3rd time it was heavy but i didnt have much pain. and now its april 26th and i am in immense pain oh my god. its so heavy too i like wore a tampon and a pad and the blood leaked through the tampon and the pad almost leaked too. kinda still new to this whole bleeding every month thing so if u have any advice pls help😍😜😭

It's gonna take some time to adjust so every month might not be the same! I recommend buying tampons that match your heavy flow so you won't have to worry about leaking, also it's fine to take an ibuprofen for the cramps it usually does the trick, though if it keeps bothering you maybe consult with ur doctor!
