Iron Lung.

Iron Lung generally surprised me as a Horror Game, seeing as it's made by the same dude who made (imho) a glorified, way too hyped up, clone of Quake 1, aka DUSK.

The amount of suspense and mystery in IL rivals that of Silent Hill and The Dark Descent, like holy crap David where did this come from?
