SCP-5074 is to be kept locked in it's cell at all times. The entity is not to be interacted with or stared at directly in the eyes. In a situation SCP-5074 were to escape, the flamethrower in the armory is to be used on the entity. Do not get close and fire from distance. Specimens that have encountered SCP-5074 have either been eaten whole by the entity or have barely been able to escape alive.
Description:
SCP-5074, also known as "The Dog Lady" is a misshapen human/dog form. At its top vertical height, the entity is 11 feet tall. It appears as if a large human female form was stretched out, with backwards knees (Genu Recurvatum or Digitigrade). it's hands and feet have elongated to an unnatural appearance. The Entities eyes almost appear to be bulging from the eye sockets, bloodshot and wide. SCP-5074's mouth connects from each corner of the face, appearing to separate the top and lower half of the head. It's mouth holds an unnerving grin that carries seemingly endless rows of needle-like teeth. Anyone who has witnessed SCP-5074's mouth open explained it as if looking into an abyss. The neck of the creature stretches an abnormal length and has a ribbed-like form. While there has only been a few encounters with SCP-5074, no traces are left of the bodies. The subjects that were able to escape have told us stories of "The Dog Lady's pocket Dimension." Similar to SCP-096, SCP-5074 holds to ability to drag people into a separate pocket dimension of sorts. The survivors explained that the dimension appears to look like a normal neighborhood on Halloween night. Not only were the survivors brought into the dimension, they insist they appeared as a 6 year old child in the dimension. Subjects told us that they wondered into a strange house where they encountered "The Dog Lady" There were multiple accounts of witnessing SCP-5074 unhinge it's jaw to the size of a 7 foot tall human male.
Observation:
During September 15th, XXXX, Researchers decided to try observing SCP-5047's behavioral pattern. The creature stalks around the cell, almost like a wolf circling it's prey. At moments, the entity freezes and stares at some of the researchers. The Smile on it's face seems to widen impossibly further. It cocks it's head as if asking them a question. In random intervals, SCP-5074 will start producing a manic cackling noise. It's a sharp, annoying sound and gives the researchers a sense of dread.
