In this series of blogs I will go over the process of achieving a state of peace within oneself. I’m also gonna learn a lot from this by doing so and god knows I need that LMAO anyways

Every time your mind drifts off to make a self depreciating comment, instead of slapping yourself either mentally, physically or both for thinking that (because it usually comes from a place of mental harm and harming yourself even more is Not gonna help your case), just rationalize it by getting into this state of. Okay. Am I choosing to be miserable for the rest of my life? Let’s be honest: nobody likes this lifestyle! And if you do, there are some patterns you have to change, because self hatred is not gonna lead you anywhere.

However, don’t feel bad for being mean towards yourself, if that makes sense? It’s totally understandable to not be ok and not be loving you all of the time. Because your mind is flawed and you have flaws. The point is not to think you’re absolutely perfect. The point is going from “I suck ass lmao why try to get better if I’m always gonna be disgusting” to “This is gonna be a long process and I might fall sometimes! But I’ll be fighting for what’s best for me, because I know I deserve it.”

You deserve it because you are human and you have the right to fuck up and pick yourself back up, while also recognizing where you failed so it never happens again, and if you Super Fucked Up, pay reparations (it doesn’t have to be economical all the time. I mean making up for it and making sure something like that won’t repeat itself).
