Wow! 2020 was a wild ride, so of course I was excited to see the Awards on Steam!
Doom Eternal, Half-Life Alyx, Death Standing, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Sims4, Fall Guys, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Apex Legends and CS-GO.
Now, I tried CS-GO and I mean it was fun but I noticed a lot of hacking from other players which quickly turned me off of the game completely, along with Fall Guys...WHO CHEATS IN FALL GUYS?! Literally they will zoom across the map with their little jellybean legs.. I personally don't understand how or why someone would cheat- okay I do but what's the point in having all these titles/achievements if you're actual trash at the game and need that little *Helping Boost*
Red Dead Redemption II won Game of the Year, I can see why too, I found that to me personally the characters had...character! It did have such a gripping story and had impressive designs.
That's pretty much it on the Awards, personally I am not overly impressed.. I thought Phasmophobia would at least get something with all the hype!

GAME OF THE YEAR
Maybe it was its immersive gameplay, or its gripping story... its well-crafted characters, immaculate design, or addictive multiplayer. Whatever the reason, the winner of 2020's Game of the Year Award is an instant classic.
