[GURPS] [GCS] Spells based on QN instead of IQ

Since this place will be more of a blog about my rpg stuff, might as well post some of my GCS content to start things up. Here is a library with all the spells from Magic and a few from some Pyramid articles (the ones that come in the Master Library) converted from IQ to QN for those who prefer to use Quintessence and end the IQ supremacy in GURPS.
