I think about death a lot, it’s crazy. Sometimes it’s random and it comes on my own and others I see something that triggers it. And then there I go just imagining all the scenarios that I can go through. Should I worry? Or something?

Preoccupation with death can be a symptom of depression and other mental illnesses
I don’t know about preoccupation due to how rarely I think of it
