RANT 002: I'M PROUD OF YOU?!

I'm posting another rant, since this is the only safe space for me. Today I've received good news. My general average for this quarter is 95% which is considered high honor. This was one of my greatest achievement for this school year. I told my parents and they're reaction disappointed me. Never in my life have I heard the phrase " I'M PROUD OF YOU" OR "YOU DID WELL". When I told them the good news they didn't even bother to show a smile. They quickly shifted the topic to my younger brother and ask him about his upcoming exam. IDK maybe I'm over reacting, maybe they're just tired because they just got home from work. I feel upset but I'm not gonna say anything about it. It's been like this since I was a kid. I just can't wait to go to college and strive for myself. I'm grateful for what my parents provide and give me. I really am. But sometimes I just wish they would care about my emotional well being the same way they do to my siblings...
