"Green eyes. Thats all I remember, her lovely green eyes."

Melody woke up, and to her suprise, she was feeling happy. She lay in bed for a minute thinking about their green eyes. "Okay Melody, you got this!" She reassured herself as she got out of bed and started getting dressed. She looked in the mirror at her flowy pink dress. Melody twireled just for good measure, when she did she noticed her father in the doorway, "Wow that dress really is somthin' huh?" he smiled, "Ya better hurry up before your late for school kiddo." 

"I know dont worry, um also.. Do you think they'll know. I'm so nervous that someone will find out, and high schoolers are ruthless. It'll be the end of my status for me if they find out!" Melody's father reassured her, "Don't worry about it, you look beautiful darling." 

"Thanks dad!" She gave him a smile and a kiss on the cheek before running out to catch the bus.
