fitbit/alternate HRM / bp monitor (?) set to trigger automation on phone. increase in hr/bp = anxiety detection = notification (sound on, forced, unless in focus mode). “What if the world was made of cheese”. will crack me up and remind me of the absolute absurdity of my concerns.

cons: eustress trigger, especially at work; can’t be calling a client or [redacted] and suddenly get “what if the world was made of cheese”. Will lose my shit & my job, for sure
