My mom is forcing me to go to the dance smh
She keeps saying "Oh show me your dance moves for the dance"

I would go to the dance if my Girlfriend was at the dance, and if she wanted to go.
The dance is next Friday
not going am sorry...

that sucks. My mom makes me go to stuff too and most of the time I never want to go. Sometimes I have a bad time and wish I could have just stayed home but sometimes I actually end up having a great time even though I thought it was going to be terrible. I would try to keep an open mind about it. If your going you might as well try to make the most of it right? Trying not to have a good time out of spite is never really worth it. And hey if you have a bad time you get to say "I told you so" at least
yeah i feel that, i stay at home all day. My mom makes me go everywhere, and i have fun! The thing that doesn't make me want to go to the dance is, my friends, none of my friends are going.

also that's pretty sweet of you to say that you would go if I was there because I would happily go with you if I could! I- erhm I suggest that you just go though! My first dance was pretty fun (even if all I did was sit in the corner of the whole dance) I met a lot of funny people there and it was pretty great! (sadly also where I met my first ex but oh well) Just enjoy going to a dance! (lmao I mainly went for the snacks but you get the gist!)
