News production is really hard without talking. I have to communicate very thoroughly with all of my team members to get work done, and only one of them knows sign language, and it’s hard to write everything on sticky notes. I’ve been texting through Slack to all the team members I need to be talking to so we’re doing pretty OKAY. 

GOD lol my News advisor said “Oh I love when [she] puts commentary on her current events quizzes” and she looked at me, not realizing I’m not speaking (cause I honestly totally forgot to email her about it) and everyone else knew, and I just kinda laughed, not really knowing what I’d written. I was so worried I’d put a curse word on the quiz. LOL, but I realized it was just me saying the Ghost Guns were shifty. 

My friends were sharing their ACT scores and I didn’t realize how high I scored until they were all things around 10, 12, and 15. Which surprised me because I didn’t even fully finish some of the sections. It makes me wonder if I should retake it next year and see if I get an even better score. Might not be worth it, but still a thought.
