April 22, 2022. Day Of Silence (2)

I continued to stay silent through PE, and my one friend there appeared to be doing the same thing. It was neat to people watch and kind of just think to myself. I’m usually incredibly socially anxious and don’t talk to people I don’t know, but today I haven’t even spoken to my best friends out loud. I thought a lot this morning while I walked the track. 

And I got my ACT scores back! A 33 in the English portion, can you believe it? A 25 overall, which is pretty damn good. Puts me in the 73rd percentile, which is something to be proud of. I really don’t mean to brag at all, a girl at my school got a perfect 36. Full ride through the college of her choice. I spent several months studying for this goofy test, and I’m pretty happy with the score I got. My parents are both really proud of me and that’s all that matters to me.
