This is just for people who need a few tips or tricks on how to cope with something.
before i start my dms are open for anything :) and i’m here for all of you<33
1.temperature, using hot or cold water can ground you, a splash on the face or even a shower
2.painting on yourself, blood red paint and go ham, and it’s easy to wash off!!
3.distracting yourself, watch a movie! draw!
4.find someone to talk to, my dms are open, friends and family, anyone who is a safe place or will listen
5.go for a run! or pace around, sometimes just walking around can clear your head!
6.drink cold water and focus on it going down your body, like you feel the cold cold water go down, it grounds you and helps you cool off!! win win!! :)
