☆ The Life (and Death) of a Tamagotchi ☆

A few weeks ago I bought a tamagotchi on ebay. It's a tamagotchi connection v3! I didn't realize It was in Japanese until I ordered it, but that's okay, I'm learning the language after all.

The tamagotchi's shell is really cute! (´。• ω •。`) ♡
It's a pinkish color that probably faded with age, seeing as it's about the same age as I am. It has a little antenna that was a new addition in v3. There's also a red bit on the top by the antenna, (that's how it connects with other nearby ones!) and a little loop to attach it to a lanyard or keychain.
The shell has little hearts on it and the screen's backdrop is pink and yellow.
Anyways the package came two days earlier than expected (lucky me!) so my dad had to get batteries at the store. Once I got the batteries in it immediately booted up. It was so fast I had to rush to put the back of the device back on!
My first tama was a girl, I managed to raise it to it's full size with little to no issues. The second generation started a bit over a week after gen 1, but then DISASTER STRUCK!
I forgot my tamagotchi at my dad's girlfriend's house! It died there. (×﹏×)
Today I'm going to reset it. Wish me luck!
