Custom Layouts (???)

I wouldn't exactly say customs but I would like to make character themed layouts but idk if anyone would actually use them :(( I would say a lot of my time is put into HTML and CSS but I'm not gonna say I don't enjoy it? I think I'm mostly worried about people not giving me credit for my work (But I'm gonna find a way to put it into coding).

ANYWAYS!! If I do make character themed layouts, what kind of characters should I make???
