I've been studying witchcraft for 6 ish years now and am really disheartened by how much knowledge was destroyed throughout the years :(. I've always been interested in the old ways, but grimoires from long ago are either archived and not accessible to the public or written through the lens of christians who basically didn't know jack about the craft.
Herbalism is probably the only thing to have survived the genocide of our people and culture, though nice to practice I want to get a bit deeper into magik than elixirs, healing remedies and foraging.
Though I have been studying as much as I can (demonology, spirit's of the land and so forth) I can't shake the feeling that I'm missing something big, some power that I have yet to understand.
If anyone knows of any resources available that contains old magik (I'm talking 1100s and BC, but up to 1800s is fine) I'd love to read it. And if you have any questions just ask!
