The show scream?? SPOILERS AHEAD

i have posted this as a forum topic, but i will also be posting it as a blog because i want to write all my theories in full. SO HERE ARE MY THEORIES FROM THE FIRST SEASON ALSO WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD FOR SEASON 1:

1, i haven't made many theories because the entire time i thought that Brandon James was behind everything or Jake and will because they were suspicious at first. theory number 1 is the fact that will was aggressive and kept hiding things and showing red flags. was he hiding things, money? for sure, but i thought he was the one who murdered Nina in the first place. at first i thought maybe they both did, Will and Jake. That scene where Will came out of nowhere outside the coffee shop at night with Emma and the whole "text message" thing really made me feel more suspicious about him. you might be wondering "isn't there only one killer? so how did you think it was Brandon James and Will and Jake at the same time? isn't Brandon James dead?" simple, i didn't. part of me knew that Brandon James wasn't behind this, but at the same time i knew that if it isn't him then it has to be someone related to him and his past and Emma's past. which is something kinda obvious when you remember the scene where Emma gets this phone call aka the killer warning her to not trust her mom. The bottom line is that the more you watch the more your theories get clearer and some get demolished and some get made. this theory got demolished as soon as i saw the scene where Will got into duke and didn't have the money for it so Jake blackmailed Brookes dad for some money and Will got pissed because he didn't want to get anyone hurt. Could be acting you might think, but why would Will act all pure and innocent around Jake when they're literally partners in crime? not only that, but the main reason i thought they were the ones who killed Nina is because of the whole "Nina's laptop and Jake's files". i want to go back to Brandon James, but i can't speak much about it because i might've found something that wasn't mentioned in season 1. i will mention it later but you will find out more about why i thought it could've been him later on.

2, was Emma the daughter of Brandon James? i thought of that as soon as i saw the ultrasound pictures of the baby from the old hospital, What led me into the whole thought you might think? well, my bizarre theory lane. Not only that reason though, but the fact that the impossible can easily happen in the show, so why can't it be true? kinda predictable if it DID happen, but my theory was partly true. i knew that Maggie slept with Brandon James, so i knew she had to have a baby with him. it was true, she did sleep with him and got.. you know, pre5ggo. (space hey pls don't kill me thanks). so was i right about that? yes, but it wasn't Emma that she was ahem with. it was piper, aka Emma's sister that was put into adoption and came back for her fathers revenge. I wish they actually looked more into the girls just like they did with the boys, i mean come on. Maggie said herself that she never even knew if her baby (piper) was a boy or a girl, and i know that they went to Cassie and she described kieren or Seth and all that. it still can't be for sure right? you still have to watch out regardless. was i surprised that it was piper? kinda i mean it definitely wasn't expected, could be predictable though. A girl in town, used social media (Podcast) and a fan base (Noah) to turn her into somebody into the eyes of Emma (to get close to her). not cliche, but to me it kinda is? it's a bit complicated. i was expecting something worse, a huge betrayal, someone with many strings attached from the beginning. i am not very happy with the fact that allll of that is caused by a person with only one string attached in the timeline, aka the father. there is more i want to find out. i feel like the characters are the reason why most things happened and not just piper, it's as if they helped her out without actually doing so. maybe it's just because piper knew too much, i guess i will figure out more when i find out more details about piper and how she knew soooo much. was it someone who told her or helped her????

3, i felt like Audrey had been hiding something in many scenes, even her threats were awfully weird thanks to the fact that it kinda fit the situation. i don't know how to explain but here is an example: the USB drive with the file of her getting mad about Nina and how she was in the car and wanted to go do god knows what to Nina and  he"after this she will never do that again" and how she has been hiding it. in the show there is really no one to trust, even yourself sometimes. how can Audrey really be the killer if she is the one who killed piper at the end? that's a question i have been asking myself, but i don't think SHE is the killer. she definitely has to do something with it though, at least that's what i think. everyone starts lying at the worst time, no one is ever truthful and i guess that's the cliche of horror movies and shows. even when it comes to "threats that fit the situation" and how she backed out, its kinda a cliche too. i mean what am i really expecting from this, all the horror movies have to be cliche in some ways. i do have hope though, trust me for a bit. there aren't many new ideas to the whole horror genre which i am sad about, i want thrillers. things that add up a bit and a bit and huge drastic betrayals and terrors. i am begging for something that is actually worth pissing my pants for. and so far this show is full of interesting things and a few things that are predictable which i am not surprised about, but i have hope for this and i'm going along with it.
