okay so i recently got into cd collecting because i felt like it and my parents already started one, but i wanted some help or tips from any current or previous collectors, like good places to purchase them, or like how to take care of dirty CD's. Basically, i would appreciate some helpful tips if anyone was willing

I love CDs! Im barely a collector (I mainly have 90's CD's and Latino artists CD's) so I'm not much of help but a place where i get my CD's is Walmart. They usually have them in a bin for around 5 dollars each. Unless its new, then the price varies and its on display. You can also try electronic stores, they usually have a rack with cheap CDs.
Cleaning them is pretty simple, you probably already know but a glasses cloth works for surface stuff. My to always told me to wipe in a line and not a circle, not sure why but I've been doing it ever since. for DIRTY dirty CD's water and some dawn should be okay? Just a little tho, wash gently with your hands and then dry it off with the cloth. Make sure it is completely dry by the cloth cause I'm pretty sure water can affect the sound of CD's.
Don't know what to do with scratched CD's, I don't have many of those. My tio has a specific cleaning kit for those, but i don't know the details. Hope this kind of helped! :)
