layouts!

i'm making this a permanent post but i'll also probably post bulletin reminders every now and then, but i am making layouts for people (preferably people who are already my friends)

i will update my status depending if i'm free to make new layouts or not, if i am making one it will say "making a layout" and it will say something else unrelated when i'm not making one

it would be nice to pretty consistently be making them for people =)
